DYNASOR seeks to understand the depths of a key region for the global climate system. 

In contrast to the North Atlantic, a new study in Nature Communications shows that the overturning circulation in the Nordic Seas strengthens toward the end of the century. The overturning circulation in the Nordic Seas could therefore be a stabilizing factor in a weakening AMOC.
