BCCR cross-theme seminar about Paleo perspectives
Dear all,
Monday, 7th Feb, at 14:15 pm will be a BCCR cross-theme seminar about Paleo perspectives.
The seminar will be in person in the Bjerknes lecture room (4th floor, room 4020) – in addition there will be the possibility to join on zoom. Note, that the colloquium series will run from 14.15 - 15.15, slightly longer normal. BCCR cross-theme seminars take place every first Monday of the month.
The cross-theme seminar will feature four separate talks:
- Kristine Steinsland: Last Interglacial sea ice variability and paleoceanography of the Labrador Sea
- Augustin Kessler: Rapid Atlantic thermohaline shifts during the Last Interglacial – A model study
- Ozan Göktürk: Modelling the regional climate of ancient southern Africa
- Johannes Hardeng: TBA

Kick-off meeting for the strategic BCCR-project "The breathing Ocean" (O2Ocean)
This is a meeting for the project-team to discuss organisational issues.
