I am microbial ecologist with >10 years of Arctic research experience investigating microbial food web processes in sea ice associated ecosystems. My research focus is on interactions between virus, bacteria and algae using methods such as primary and bacterial production, flow cytometry, DNA sequencing and bioinformatic analyses.
