Main research interests: 
My main two resarch interests are synoptic to large scale atmospheric dynamics with special emphasis on midl latitude cylones and reseach connected to the water cycle. Including both precipitation, snow and ice My work is mostly on understanding dynamical processes responsible for mid latitude extratropical cyclone and precipitation variability and how these processes may be affected by climate change.
