Understanding climate
for the benefit of society

Anne-Katrine Faber

My research is focused on the use of Greenland ice cores to study the history of past climate changes and climate system responses. I use isotope-enabled climate models, ice core data and observations from fieldwork.

My research interests include stable water isotope modelling, model-data comparison using ice cores, laser spectroscopy measurements, large scale circulation, polar meteorology, and interglacial climate.

Communication of science and climate change is a great interest of mine and I give presentations for schools and public audiences on a regular basis.
