Sean Chua

Sean Minhui Tashi Chua is a multidisciplinary scientist specializing in Earth observation and machine learning, with a focus on the cryosphere and sea ice. In addition to his research, Sean is a consultant in the geospatial and climate-tech space and is a working artist. At NERSC Sean is joining the European Space Agency Arktalas project developing sea ice drift algorithms using Synthetic Aperture Radar.
